Every order we receive is processed and shipped the next business day via UPS Ground or USPS-Priority Mail for APO & FPO. Depending on where you live, you will receive your delivery within 3 to 5 days from the shipment date.

Individuals who live outside the Continental United States should contact us directly for special shipping plans.

If you require expedited shipping and handling, you should also contact us before you place your order to make special arrangements.

Deviations from normal shipping and handling usually will result in additional charges. Additional charges can be paid by going to our Supplemental Payment page, where the precise amount due can be purchased and submitted for payment in much the same way you submitted your original order for payment. You will also receive a similar e-mail confirmation from PayPal and from our website for your Supplemental Payment. Once the Supplemental Payment transaction has been completed, your special shipping and handling arrangements will be executed immediately.

You can track your order by simply clicking on the ORDER TRACKING page. We provide you with the date of shipment, the tracking number and the link to the UPS website. Tracking is not available for APO, FPO and International shipments.
